Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Luxefashio. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped and delivered. Please read this together with our Return & Exchange Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Service coverage
- We currently ship orders within India only.
- Delivery is available to most pin codes through our courier partners. In rare cases where a pin code is not serviceable, we may contact you to request an alternate address or cancel and refund the order.
2. Order processing time
- Orders are typically processed and handed over to the courier within 1–2 business days after successful payment / order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
- During sale periods or high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. We always try to dispatch as quickly as possible.
3. Estimated delivery timelines
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:
- Metro and major cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-metro / smaller towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote / difficult-to-reach areas: 7–10 business days
These are indicative timelines provided by our courier partners and can vary due to factors like weather, festivals, strikes or logistics delays.
The delivery date shown in the courier tracking is also used to calculate the 5-day return window mentioned in our Return & Exchange Policy.
4. Shipping charges
You will see applicable shipping charges on the checkout page before completing your order. As a general guideline:
- Standard shipping: e.g. ₹85 per order.
- Free shipping: e.g. on orders above ₹999.
Any active free-shipping offers or thresholds will be clearly mentioned on the product or checkout page. In case of any mismatch, the charges shown on the checkout page at the time of placing the order will be considered final.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
If Cash on Delivery is enabled on our website, it may be subject to the following conditions:
- Available only for selected pin codes and order values.
- A small COD convenience fee may be charged per order (if applicable). The exact amount will be shown at checkout.
- The courier may attempt delivery 2–3 times. Please ensure you are available or someone is present to receive and pay for the parcel.
We reserve the right to disable COD for certain users or orders based on past order history, frequent refusals, or risk checks.
6. Order tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email / SMS / WhatsApp update with the tracking ID and link.
- You can use this tracking link to check the real-time status of your shipment on the courier’s website.
- If you do not receive tracking details within a reasonable time after placing your order, please contact us with your Order ID.
7. Incorrect address & failed deliveries
Please ensure that your shipping address, pin code and contact number are correct and complete at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries if:
- The address or contact details provided are incorrect or incomplete.
- The customer is unavailable or unreachable during repeated delivery attempts.
- The customer refuses to accept the parcel without a valid reason.
In case the shipment is returned to us (RTO - Return to Origin) due to any of the above reasons, we may:
- Deduct the two-way shipping cost and any applicable COD fee from the refund (for prepaid orders), or
- In repeated cases or COD abuse, restrict future COD orders at our discretion.
8. Damaged or tampered parcels

If you notice that the parcel is open, tampered or damaged at the time of
delivery, please:
- Do not accept the parcel, or
- Accept it only after taking clear photos and an unboxing video.
- Report the issue to us within 5 days of delivery along with photos and video, so we can investigate with the courier and assist you as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
9. International shipping
At present, Luxefashio does not offer international shipping. If this changes in the future, we will update this page with relevant details.
10. Delays beyond our control
While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, certain delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control, such as:
- Weather disruptions, natural calamities or local restrictions.
- Festivals, holidays or government-imposed lockdowns.
- Operational or routing issues at the courier’s end.
In such situations, we request your patience and understanding. We will support you in tracking the shipment and follow up with the courier as needed.
